油研柱塞泵一般都由缸体、配油盘、柱塞和斜盘等主要零件组成。缸体内有多个柱塞,柱塞是轴向排列的,即柱塞的中心线平行于传动轴的轴线,因此称它为轴向柱塞泵。但它又不同于往复式柱塞泵,因为它的柱塞不仅在泵缸内做往复运动,而且柱塞和泵缸与斜盘相对有旋转运动。柱塞以一球形端头与斜盘接触。在配油盘上有高低压月形沟槽,它们彼此由隔墙隔开,保证一定的密封性,它们分别与泵的进油口和出油口连通。斜盘的轴线与缸体轴线之间有一倾斜角度。

油研密封工作腔(缸体孔、柱塞底部)会由于斜盘倾斜放置,使得柱塞随缸体转动时沿轴线作往复运动,底部密封容积变化,实现吸油、排油。两者的过程如下:

吸油过程:柱塞伸出→V↑→p↓→吸油;

排油过程:柱塞缩回→v↓→p↑→排油。

油研轴向柱塞泵特点:容积效率高,压力高。(ηv=0.98, p = 32 Mpa)(柱塞和缸体均为圆柱表面,易加工,精度高,内泄小)结构紧凑、径向尺寸小,转动惯量小;

易于实现变量;构造复杂,成本高;对油液污染敏感。油研轴向柱塞泵应用:用于高压、高转速的场合。
